Interantional Choral Festival Neuchatel

The Neuchatel International Choral Festival (FCIN) is organized every other year since 1985. This choral singing competition is open to amateur groups who will be judged by an international jury composed of renowned personalities of the music world as well as by a large, enthusiastic and knowledgeable audience.

The participating groups have been selected according to very strict standards which ensure a very high quality level of the Festival.
As a result the FCIN has acquired a reputation envied by many.
This Festival ranks among the top European choral competitions and brings together some of the best amateur choirs with international reputation.

The Festival is particularly appreciated for its outstanding organisation, the high level of the competitions and its friendly welcome.
To this day, more than 5500 choristers from 41 countries
and 4 continents, have participated in this competition.

The Festival couldn't take place without the help of numerous volunteers. Months before the beginning of the event, about
ten people are already working on it; eighty more people are joining them during the week of the Festival.
